Jordan Moore, Sous Chef

Jordan Moore’s culinary career has taken a long and promising road surprisingly close to home. As a high school student, Moore turned a job at a family restaurant into a serious internship at The Dining Room at the Woodlands. His senior year, Moore was awarded a scholarship to attend the French Culinary Institute and headed for Manhattan. Upon graduation, Moore returned to the same Summerville kitchen where his culinary passion took root and worked alongside Nate Whiting and Tarver King. When it came time for a change, Chef Whiting and the Tristan team welcomed their former culinary comrade with open arms. Like Whiting, Jordan believes in integrity of ingredients and attention to detail while bringing another artistic eye to the Tristan team.
