While the food is the star of the show at Tristan, the service is the supporting cast. So we wouldn’t trust your service to just anyone. As Dining Room Manager, Mika Scutt has the ability to manage and motivate the Tristan service staff to be exceptional. Mika started in the restaurant industry at the age of 14 and has since been working her way through all areas of the business, both in the front of the house and the back of the house. With an Associate in Arts Degree from Wilkes Community College in North Carolina and a Culinary Degree from the Culinary Institute of Charleston, Mika has both the knowledge and the hands-on experience to lead our staff to provide a supreme fine dining experience where our guests leave feeling like royalty. She is also responsible for our wine list which, at over 400 wines, is no small task. Mika is constantly refining our list to present a mix of classic, bold, colorful and exciting wines that will satisfy those looking for classics as well as those who want to explore with their palate.
