Cooking, serving, creating cocktails…Ken Maciejewski has done it all, and maneuvers Tristan’s bar scene with the finesse of someone who knows the ins and outs of the entire fine dining experience. He first entered the culinary industry in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he worked his way from the back of the kitchen to a position as sous chef within five years. His experience in the kitchen made him a top server when he joined the Tristan wait staff in 2007 and it quickly became clear his skills would make an ideal bar manager. He was promoted to the position in just four months. Maciejewski uses fresh ingredients and creative mixology to give bar goers a refreshing, contemporary bar experience.
