Steven Harris fell for food service early. And we mean early: as a child, he and his sister were tasked with daily clean-up at his father’s bar. It was a happening, action-packed place where Harris first discovered a love for the kind of work that, in his words, “makes people happy.” Those early experiences led him to a career in the food and beverage industry (he says he wouldn’t be happy anywhere else).
