Tristan has a new menu format that is all about value:  $40 Three Course Tasting (Appetizer, Entrée & Dessert); $50 Four Course Tasting (Two Appetizers, Entrée & Dessert); and a Six Course Chef’s Tasting menu for $75.  Half-off bottles of wine are available Monday and Tuesday evenings.
